Our Founding Principles

At Adara, we want you to feel your most handsome or beautiful, and whatever that is for you - we will help you get there! We have a judgement-free policy and have made it our goal to create an accepting industry based on ethics and morals. Our Edmonton hair salons are just one small part of many great programs including Green Circle Salons and The Dress Code Project. 
 

You can feel comfortable booking an appointment at Adara knowing we constantly strive to reduce our environmental impact. We exclusively carry hair products that are cruelty-free and sustainable. Adara is also proud to stand behind our gender neutral pricing system and announce that as of 2017 we have been officially Safe Space Trained. Make sure to give us a wave when you see us in the Edmonton Pride Parade!

Throughout the years, we have found that life is often about grasping the opportunities to pay it forward. Join us for our annual Cutathon event where we come together to raise thousands for local charity by cutting hair for donations and host a community barbeque and raffle!
